Orange Quantum Systems delivers test equipment for quantum chips. Automated and fast testing shortens the quantum chip development cycle. OrangeQS is a QuTech spin-off and was co-founded by part of the Quantum Inspire team in 2020.

In 2023 OrangeQS received an EIC Accelerator grant and closed an investment round. In 2024 the team announced the sale of a system for utility-scale quantum chip testing. 

This gives OrangeQS a unique position in the global quantum chip value chain.The main focus at OrangeQS is on fast, industry-level equipment for quantum chips. For R&D labs, the team also developed more flexible research tools, like their Quantum Diagnostics Libraries, the OrangeQS Rack and the OrangeQS R&D System.

Together with Qblox, OrangeQS created the open-source Python-based data acquisition framework Quantify for quantum-computing and solid-state physics experiments.
